A community based committee of volunteers, comprising representatives of the Baxter traders,  Baxter residents and ratepayers was formed in April / May 2009 and became an Incorporated Body in October 2009.

BRATPAC meetings are held monthly on the 4^th Wednesday

 Your Community Centre has moved to the old Maternal Health Centre located in Baxter Crescent, Baxter.

Membership is open to all:

• residents,
• property owners
• business owners

within the postcode area 3911.

An annual (July-June) membership fee of $1.00  

Membership renewals are due

June 30^th each year.

For far too long Baxter has been “the forgotten Village” 
of the Mornington Peninsula.

Now with goodwill and a transparent co-operation between Mornington Council and the community, Baxter can hopefully become a better equipped and more sustainable  community from which we can all benefit.
